If you're having trouble playing mixtapes, try these steps:
- Refresh the page
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser
- Check your internet connection
- Disable browser extensions
Account Access
If you can't access your account:
- Try resetting your password

- Make sure you're not using a social login if you created your account with email
- Clear your browser cookies

Upload Problems (For DJs)
If you're having trouble uploading mixtapes:

- Check that your file doesn't exceed the 500MB size limit

If you need to reset your password:
